Looking forward to welcoming you for this intimate dinner and workshop. With my experience as a chef and over six years sharing the inside out nature of reality this felt like a natural thing to do! (In fact I think I have been conjuring this for a few years now.) 

You'll arrive to a glass of something delicious , alcohol optional, and then we will share dinner and get to know one another a little. 

The meal will be guided by the early summer season and the dietary preferences of those who book, expect sharing plates and lots of green! 

The workshop will be an exploration of how we are creating for ourselves the experience we are having moment to moment. Exploring in a group is always a powerful and delightful experience as everyone’s contributions help craft the direction of the conversation.
