About the event
Tea Ceremony:
Tea ceremony is an invitation to presence. Lera is a master of the ritual, using the sensory focus and the beauty to offer powerful access to the full being of the moment.
Life Alchemy Workshops:
Life alchemy is – in a nutshell - understanding experience as self-creating. The workshop offers a deep exploration of the idea that we are living in an experience we are creating for ourselves. A shift into this understanding offers clarity, alignment and ease. The power to create for yourself the life you want.
Nourishing Home Made Lunch (Robyn used to be a chef!)
We will have lunch between tea ceremony and the workshop and our hope is that you can bring the same sensory presence to the food…
